Bosna Building Services provides construction, civil and site services primarily across Western Melbourne.

Services may include site preparation and establishment, earthworks and excavation, plant and excavator services, civil construction support, concrete preparation, formwork support, reinforcement and steel-fixing support, trucking and cartage, material movement, temporary fencing coordination, scaffolding and access coordination, construction site clean-up, demolition support, drainage and underground-services support, labour and contractor support and related construction services.

The exact services to be provided for a project will be determined by the applicable quotation, scope of works or other agreement.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote through this website does not create a contract between you and Bosna Building Services.

Quotes may be subject to site inspection, availability of labour and plant, project conditions, access, quantities, disposal requirements, material costs, subcontractor availability and other matters relevant to the proposed works.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not constitute acceptance of a project until the required terms have been agreed by Bosna Building Services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the requested scope accurately reflects the work required.

Changes to the scope, site conditions, quantities, access requirements, program or other project requirements may result in variations to pricing, timing or both.

Additional or varied work may be separately charged.

Customers must provide Bosna Building Services with safe and reasonable access to the project site and disclose information reasonably relevant to the performance of the works.

This may include information about existing underground or overhead services, restricted areas, site hazards, access limitations, working-hour restrictions and other relevant site conditions.

Bosna Building Services may suspend or delay work where site conditions create an unreasonable safety risk or prevent the agreed services from being properly performed.

Plant and equipment availability is subject to project requirements and availability.

Where equipment is supplied with an operator, applicable project, plant and operator requirements may be detailed in the relevant quotation or agreement.

Where equipment is hired without an operator, separate plant-hire terms may apply.

Customers must not use, move, alter or permit the operation of equipment contrary to an applicable hire agreement, manufacturer's requirements, law or reasonable safety requirements.

Responsibility for loss of, or damage to, hired plant and equipment will be governed by the applicable quotation or hire agreement.

Bosna Building Services may provide labour, plant operators, subcontractor support or additional project capacity depending on availability and the project requirements.

The number, type and duration of personnel supplied will be determined by the relevant agreement.

Customers remain responsible for providing a safe workplace and complying with applicable site-specific workplace health and safety obligations.

Some construction activities require specific licences, registrations, permits, qualifications or specialist contractors.

Where such requirements apply, Bosna Building Services may engage or coordinate appropriately qualified or licensed contractors rather than performing those activities directly.

Nothing on this website represents that Bosna Building Services itself holds every licence or qualification that may be required for every service described.

Any completion dates, commencement dates or project durations are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Construction activities may be affected by weather, site access, availability of labour, equipment or materials, other contractors, latent site conditions, approvals and circumstances beyond Bosna Building Services' reasonable control.

Pricing and payment terms will generally be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, hire agreement or other written agreement.

Customers must pay invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Bosna Building Services may require deposits, progress payments, mobilisation payments or other payment arrangements depending on the nature and scale of the project.

Cancellation, rescheduling and variation terms may differ depending on the services, labour, equipment or subcontractors committed to a project.

Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred or committed by Bosna Building Services where a project is cancelled, postponed or materially changed.

Project-specific cancellation terms will be set out in the applicable quotation or agreement where relevant.

Safety is a shared responsibility on construction sites.

Bosna Building Services, customers, contractors and other parties must comply with applicable workplace health and safety requirements and reasonable site safety procedures relevant to their respective responsibilities.

Bosna Building Services reserves the right to cease or suspend work where it reasonably considers conditions unsafe.
